Lena Kołodziejak — Founder

Lena leads Ola AI. She works in AI Augmented Analytics at Microsoft Central Europe as an Intelligence Technical Specialist, where she helps large enterprises across the region adopt AI and data platforms at scale. Based in Warsaw, she brings seven plus years of hands-on experience shipping AI inside complex organisations.

She started Ola AI to bring that same enterprise-grade quality to real estate teams—voice agents that actually answer every call, qualify leads in Polish and English, and plug into the CRMs agents already use. Her bet is simple: speed wins listings, and AI is the only way to be first 24/7.
